Description and application:

RTJ gaskets (Ring Type Joints) are metal rings used primarily in the oil, gas, petrochemical and chemical industries for sealing special flange joints exposed to high temperatures (up to 1000 °C) and pressures (up to 1500 bar).
RTJs are offered in two profiles: oval or octagonal.

Wide range of materials guarantees excellent tightness of sealing in different operating conditions.

Recommended groove roughness:

Profile R, RX: 1,6 µm

BX 0,8 µm

Manufacturing:

M8-R owal 

Standard manufacturing of oval profile for grooved flanges.

M9-R octagonal

Standard manufacturing of octagonal profile for grooved flanges.

M 12-RX

Special ring for up to 750 bar pressure. May be replaced by R series model, provided that screws will be longer.

M11-BX

Special ring for up to 1500 bar pressure. Intended for API grooved flanges.
