Self-adhesive, sealing teflon tapes

Properties:

Sealing teflon tapes are manufactured of 100% pure expended PTFE.

Applications:

Universal sealing of flange couplings and flange-like couplings. Teflon tapes are applied when the following is required:
– excellent chemical resistance to all chemical substance and agents, excluding melted alkali metals,
fluoric gas and hydrofluoric acid,
– wide temperature range,
– high pressure resistance.

Advantages:

– the gaskets may be installed without complete disassembly of flange coupling,
– easy to cut and install, ,
– low assembly pressure, which is of significance for glass or ceramic flanges,
– well matching to any unevenness of sealed surfaces,
– adhesive at the entire surface
