We offer wide range of conveyor belts, which may be divided into several classes as listed below:

1) Textile and rubber belts

Applied for transport of all materials of low (<80°C) and neutral temperature in all mining and processing sectors of light working conditions.

Advantages:

●core resistant to retting;
● D class lining (high abrasion resistance); resistance to cold acids and corrosive salts. Average abrasion resistance of 100 cubic cm;
● small drum diameters and reduced tension may be applied;

Belt construction:

The belts consist in 3 to 6 synthetic textile EP interlayers (polyester warp and polyamide weft) with rubber linings. Carcass thickness differs depending on type i.e. strength and number of interlayers;
● polyester fibers of low elongation are applied towards warp to reduce tension;
● more flexible polyamide fibers are applied in weft to ensure good trough properties;
● the belts may be manufactured with X and Y lining rubber class;

Availability:

available widths from 400mm to 2400mm;
available break strengths in N/mm from 400 to 3500.

2) Textile and rubber belts with transverse reinforcements

The belt combines the advantages of textile and rubber belt with steel strength due to multi-interlayer structure protected with metal shield in bearing lining.

Belt available in type range from 500/3 to 3150/5.
It consists in woven textile interlayers (polyester warp / polyamide weft) lined with rubber. The core is protected against punctures and cuttings by steel shield constructed of steel cords embedded in bearing lining.
D class is a standard lining rubber of high abrasion resistance. Product temperature < 80°C.
X, Y or W class belt manufacturing option is available.

●better distribution of spoil impact within belt and core protection;
● better tear resistance, unparalleled to textile and rubber belts;
● unique performance of mechanical joint.
