Profiled belts are designed to meet specific requirements of conveyor inclination angle increase. These are applied in the cases, in which exploitation of conventional conveyor belt is unable to guarantee bearing of the transported material.

Depending on belt width and type of transported material, we will support you in selecting the most appropriate profile height. In many cases, inclination angle of the belt lift may not exceed 20°. The response to this problem is threshold belts. If the inclination angle is to increase 20°, threshold belts will enable transport of materials at greater inclination (in different cases up to 30° or 45°) and will spare space in your installations.

We offer profiled belts of the following heights:

– herringbone: 16mm and 32mm height;
– straight “T”: 32mm, 40mm, 60mm and 80mm height;
formed and directly connected with conveyor belt lining by hot vulcanization using the cutting edge hot presses. The profiles are manufactured in high-quality abrasion resistant lining.
